Physical-Medical History Form - -Must have a physical dated after January 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year.  Physicals are due before or on the first day of school.

The store has not open  for the 2025-2026 school year.

 The girls are expected to be in either the TSMS athletic gear OR their own black shorts and plain grey t-shirt.

 Please wear your own BLACK shorts and plain GREY t-shirt if you did not purchase our options.
